Dear Mrs Menon
FEEDBACK ON STUDENT'S BEHAVIOURS IN THE SCHOOL LIBRARY

My friend and I have been going to the school library lately to do some self-study. However, we are unhappy about a few incidents which took place in the library recently. I am here to inform you these incidents and I hope you will take action against it to make sure that the library is in a condusive environment for students to study.
There was this group of students who were being rude to the librarians. They shouted at the librarian when she asked them to keep quiet. One of the boys scolded the librarian in Mandarin and the librarian was angry and threatened to report him to the Discipline Master. The rest of the boys became challenged the librarian to report them all. In my opinoin, I think the boys should be punished heavily for such rowdy and rude behaviour.
Some students actually managed to sneak food in and they even spilled their sweet drinks onto the table and causes ants to appeared. Then, the table became sticky and became a hard environment for study. This makes the library a very unpleasant feeling. I hope that you will ensure that pupils observe cleanliness rules in the library.
There was this boy who wore his PE attire into the library. He was soaked in perspiration. This was unhealthy for him as he may catch a cold and unpleasant for other users in the library as there may be an odour.
There was a group of students playing games on the computer for a very long time. By doing this, they had affected other users in the library who might need the computer to complete their project or homework. School's computers are not used for playing games but used for doing projects and homework.I hope that you will take action and ensure that the school library is a quiet and conducive place for us to study in. I hope to see some improvements when I visit the school library next time.

Yours sincerely
Li Zeng Ying
